Denim and Dining is the Hoover City Schools Foundation’s largest annual fundraiser. Held in April, this casual event features live music, live and silent auctions and a catered barbecue dinner from Jim ’n Nick’s. The money that is raised helps fund enhanced academies in all 17 schools and its nearly 14,000 students, including college and career readiness, teacher grants. professional development, STEM and SeedLAB. Denim and Dining also serves as the kickoff event for the Commit to 36 Campaign.
